None of the servers are attentive to customers who walk in and try to order. It seems like if you're not in drive thru they will not help you. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a male or minority, but I generally have to go out my way to be noticed. This is the third time I've been here and I won't be back. Starbucks as a whole has bad service for some time, but the first two times my order was wrong and now no service.
The worst starbucks in the region. They are incredibly rude. I have gone 3x in the past couple of weeks and I regret it every single time. I intentionally go through the other starbucks before going into kroger because of how rude they are at the kroger location. Last time, I dont think the cashier said one word. She just stared at me and waited for me to order something. It was strange.
RUDEST baristas ever I come in here more than once a weak and dread walking up to the counter and ordering cause they are always rude.
Everytime we go here at least 2/3 times per week theres no whip cream on the cold lattes we order. For as much as we go there it sucks having ask them to fix our drinks. We order ahead so we dont have to wait. Because of this we have to wait now...
Ordered an iced chai and they made me a completely different drink (I order the same drink every time so I know what it tastes like) and when I questioned it, they looked confused and annoyed. When you’re paying $7 for a coffee, you expect it to be what you ordered and if not, that it’s corrected.
