Worst flat white I’ve had in my life. Doesn’t taste like the dozens of other ones I’ve had at many different Starbucks that all taste the same. Plus they charged the wrong price and forgot to put in vanilla at first. How hard is it to make one simple drink?
I hope this is the right target, and I usually don’t leave reviews but I had a great experience here many times! The barista who helped me yesterday was extremely kind and patient, and they even offered to remake my vanilla bean creme frappe another time because I had asked for oat milk, so it wasn’t the same consistency as with real milk. The frappe was super good ! And the barista exhibited exemplary customer service and offered a memorable experience.
