The baristas were so friendly and so quick!
I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer, spending thousands over the years, and I’ve always received a cup of water when requested. However, at this location, five employees were standing around talking instead of working. When I politely asked for a cup of water, they refused and said I had to buy something. Their response was not only unhelpful but also rude. This is not the level of service I expect from Starbucks. Very disappointing!
The staff were incredibly rude to me and several others.
The baristas were slow and did not pay attention to anything the customers were saying. Way over priced. What I got was a Grande Iced Matcha Latte with Oatmilk, pistachio sauce and chocolate cold foam it was $13, that same drink in a Venti I get for $8 in Sacramento. Plus they made it wrong and could have cared less when I told them.
