The starbucks manager in duty this morning 5/7/26 at 8:15, needs to work on her customer service skills. My starbucks gift card with a large balance was declined. I told her the machine was too close to a display that I didn't believe it read all of the strip. Rather than move the machine, display, or offer to run the card, her response was "it's worked for other people". Placed a mobile order and no one made it until I arrived and asked. Just close the system if you're not going to make the orders
Worst customer service, barista had little knowledge of the content of the drinks she was making. Couldn’t answer a simple question or be bothered to look it up, they were not slammed. Long time customer, won’t be returning.
