Worst customer service, barista had little knowledge of the content of the drinks she was making. Couldn’t answer a simple question or be bothered to look it up, they were not slammed. Long time customer, won’t be returning.

I came in at 8:30am for a cup of drip coffee. The coffee was bitter and tasted like it had been sitting on the burner for a long time. Maybe baristas can make a fresh pot every hour. I was on my way to work and couldn’t return to get a refund.

I really find every employee at this location to be perfectly wonderful, but I can’t help but seem to notice the flavors of the drinks/syrup has been vastly reduced while the price for a Chai Tea has risen to $7.50 before tax. I am upset with the company, not with this location or any employees. Starbucks continues to increase their profits and revenue while raising the prices in a poverty stricken economy. I doubt their store employees have seen a 20% raise in wages to match the 20% increase in price…
