Drinks tast horrible here. Lady spilled mine all over myself and the surrounding area. Made me clean the surfaces before making me a new drink.
Came in this morning some time after 8:30am. Ordered a Venti Hazelnut oatmilk espresso and an apple croissant. Anytime I come to this location, the Baristas always have such a great positive attitude except for one barista who happened to be working with Heather at this mornings shift. She also had no name tag. She is always so rude when taking orders, very confrontational, and crass. Everyone agrees it’s just the worst Starbucks in the area. I’m sorry.
Worst experience for Starbucks in a Safeway. Woman at register had attitude like I was a burden. Apparently you have to have a gift card barcode on the app in order to use/earn stars. Excuse me for not knowing. No problem. Order 2 different drinks and 3 pastries. Unfortunately she trades places with the woman at the bar and makes my drinks. Doesn't put my pastries in the oven. Made a mobile order, went inside and it took almost 30 minutes to get our order. Several people who ordered in person and after us got their drinks before us. When we asked where our drinks were one of the employees lacked customers service skills while mentioning it was not her fault and she just got off lunch. Very disappointed, every other starbucks I've been to has been such a delight. Would rather just drive a little farther to go somewhere more with better customer service.
