Ordered 3 drinks, they all tasted terrible. Barista needs retrained. Update; The manager contacted me and said next time I’m in they will remake the drinks for free. I went in and there was a different barista working. She was nice and understanding. She remade my drinks and they turned out great. Thanks!!
My recent visit to Starbucks was honestly disappointing from start to finish, and it made me question why this place is still as popular as it is. After I got I paid for my groceries, I went in line waited for a about 5 min, and the barista did not acknowledge me so I was just on my phone waitinh. When they finally came up to me I wasn't greeted and they didn't say a single thing except wave their hand at me even tho I was in front of the counter. Today the starbucks in target, Tuesday 9/16/2025 the morning shift, two young girls (i want to say one of the girls names started with an A like Alexis or something and had she/her pronouns) were rude and gave so much attitude. Purposely made drinks wrong. All because we asked what was the nuts on top of the pumpkin loaf and we had to google it and they didnt know. Because I am allergic.
