Worest experience or service, and the coffee wasnot hot
If there's a Starbucks here, you can't tell from the parking lot. Wasted trip for us. Won't bother again. Sadly, can't give *zero* stars.
24 minutes to get a decaf americano and a flat white. Then they got the order wrong. 2 orders behind us got their drinks first and two others left it took so long. Ordered at 3:09 and drinks came at 3:41 and 3:43.
Ordered 3 drinks, they all tasted terrible. Barista needs retrained. Update; The manager contacted me and said next time I’m in they will remake the drinks for free. I went in and there was a different barista working. She was nice and understanding. She remade my drinks and they turned out great. Thanks!!
