Absolutely the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. It’s pretty common for them to mess up the queue of the orders so you’ll be waiting for 20-25 min for yours and it’s after checking twice with them. AND after all that wait you get something that’s supposed to be a cold brew with LIGHT cream foam (!!!) that takes half of your cup and the cup is not even full. What are you charging $6.15 for?!
I’ve been to many Starbucks locations before and never had a bad experience — until this one. I ordered an iced vanilla protein latte, but what I got tasted like watered-down coffee with random powder mixed in. The staff didn’t even wear gloves while preparing it. The cashier’s attitude made it seem like I was asking for a free drink, even though I paid full price. Honestly, I’d never come back here again. If you’re hungry or craving coffee, it’s better to stay hungry than waste your money on whatever this was.
I ride the train from 5am to 10pm typically to support for customer comfort and train reliability with this being said my coffee order is precise and needed to get through the long days. In all my Starbucks days I have never seen a bartista as sharpe as the lady behind the counter. Took my order one time and it’s a specific order she remembers every-time I come now she is on point ! My drink is made to perfection. Salute to her!!
The personnel is extremely rude. Worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. Waited for +10 minutes for them to take my order until I gave up and left.
