Not seen one of these order status screens in Starbucks before. Big fan.
I used to be a frequent attendee of this Starbucks. Leilani is kind and is great at customer service. No one here speaks English - good luck getting your order taken, and don’t even THINK about customizations. The girl with the name that begins with a “Tr” is incompetent. You can’t understand her and she gets your order wrong half the time. I can’t ever clearly see her name tag. Food is slow most of the time.
