The service staff need retraining in just about every area. Wrong pastry served also.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks.My drink was made completely wrong, and when I politely asked for it to be remade, the employed named ‘Lani’ seemed annoyed and acted like I was the problem. The second drink still wasn’t what I ordered, and there was no apology or effort to fix the situation. The music is so ridiculously loud. It's meant to discourage you from staying too long. It's bar-room loud.
