I'm not sure what the issue is with this location. I usually go to the Marriott Starbucks across the street which is always flawless, my order is always right. Maybe it's just me and I have bad luck every time I go to this location, three out of five times I have an issue. Online ordering was down at Marriott so I ordered from 64th. If you want to be ignored...this is the place to go. No greeting. After standing for several minutes one workers yells and you waiting for pick up? He angrily told me to go to the other side to place my order.. 4 people behind the counter...one working.
See pictures. Light ice ordered for one drink and. Of the other. Same amount of ice in both. Terrible service. Late app orders EVERY. TIME. There is no point in putting an order in, they won’t have it when it’s supposed to be done. No one there cares to help when there’s an issue either. Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been to.
I've been to a most starbucks in my area and haven't once been mistreated, or have had bad service. Everyone seems really nice and helpful. The ONLY complain I have is that the prices have gone up.. I get it with the world's triumph right now but, I see nothing wrong with lowering the prices on certain items for a short span until the economy becomes more stable. If they did that, loyalty would rise. Thank you..
