Horrible service I was in the drive thru over 20 min waiting for a Frappuccino 😡
No one acknowledges the customers I stood in line 10 minutes before anyone took my order well made the order they dealt with the drive through first manger was To busy counting the registers
The barista Fabian did not give good customer service. Not considerate me as the customer nor the things I needed. I felt as if I was a nuisance instead of a customer. It is understandable it may have been busy however there was no need for the poor treatment. Nor make faces after I disclose some discomfort of needing additional assistance.
