I suggest that the management send the man at the front desk back to training, because every time I ask for my coffee to be made 10 times, he gets it wrong 9 times
Sometimes the flavor is switched or there no syrup at all 🤷♀️ idk just very finicky on flavor but I don’t make coffee so idk
I went through the drive thru which was quiet and quick. The girl at the window was not very nice. My coffee costed more than normal and it was quite bitter tasting. As well has my lid is cracked and broken.
I appreciate that the staff probably didn’t want to work on Christmas Day and quite rightly so I would want to be home as well but the young female who served me was so rude and argumentative. I am a repeat customer who gets her drink daily and my drink was NOT correct. I told the barista this and she told me my drink was correct and refused to fix it. Absolutely TERRIBLE! I ordered a birthday drink and was made not how I asked. They remade it, the same way as before, with no pride. I spoke with Abbey and she said No she was not remaking it. Worst birthday experience ever! I do not recommend. They make terrible drinks and the staff is RUDE! I couldnt even get my birthday drink made correctly. What a shame.
