I really appreciate the convenience of this location, but unfortunately, the customer service was incredibly disappointing. There was no sense of urgency. It took 3 to 5 minutes just to place our order. One of the workers, a Caucasian female with messy hair, appeared completely disengaged, standing around while her coworker handled everything. One worker was talking to their co workers and not putting attention on the customer and she was only standing still and not getting our drinks
Very disappointed....time and time again! I stopped ordering at this Starbucks months ago due to quality. Decided to give them another try now that they have online ordering and it's so convenient when you are shopping, but never again. Ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato...after waiting for 20 MINUTES, it tasted like they gave me a cup of caramel milk! The quality of their espresso and cold brew is just not Starbucks! Ended up dumping $7 down the drain. Take that extra 20 minutes to drive to West Mifflin or Bethel instead!
Not apeealing and the service was ok ok
The staff are always polite, but outside of that this is the worst place on earth to get coffee, In my experience, 99% of Starbucks employees aren’t good at their job, but Starbucks as a brand sells a subpar product at an exceedingly premium price countless times I have Shaken my head after receiving my order Because I paid 20, American dollars that is two hours of the average employee’s wage for a simple commodity that pumps out of a cauldron.
