Got there at 6:15 they close at 7. I ordered a large hot coffee. She tells me she has enough for a small cup hands me the cup it’s not even half way filled. Still charged me full price for a small cup. Then it’s cold. They have no intentions of making more. They are open for another 45 minutes and the main seller coffee.
Not sure why they don't do reusable cups. Says she's worried it'll break through...? It's the standard Starbucks cup...?
I really appreciate the convenience of this location, but unfortunately, the customer service was incredibly disappointing. There was no sense of urgency. It took 3 to 5 minutes just to place our order. One of the workers, a Caucasian female with messy hair, appeared completely disengaged, standing around while her coworker handled everything. One worker was talking to their co workers and not putting attention on the customer and she was only standing still and not getting our drinks
