I had a very bad experience buying at this Starbucks, I went to buy through the drive-through and a woman with a bad attitude named Linnaha served me. When I tried to pay, I dropped my card. I tried several times to open the door of my car and I couldn't. She very rudely told me there was nothing I could do about it. Liana (I believe that's how you spell her name) is extremely unprofessional and unkind. Many people witnessed me in line first to order my drink after waiting for about 5 mins and she refused to take my order because she didn't see me enter the line first although she was not at the counter when I arrived. The manager Amanda did an act so sweet I have to comment and thank her. It had to do with banana nut bread. She keeps abreast of what's going on . This store can get really busy.
They regularly mess up my drink (which is not a complicated order) and are incredibly rude when I ask them to remake it. For $7.16 per cup for a flat white, it should be made properly. A barista argued with my husband and then said she didn’t feel like making my drink the other day and then today when they forgot the vanilla (which is an up charge to begin with) we were told that we should just go to a different store from now on. Had a bad experience, was waiting for 5 minutes no acknowledgment or anything. Then another customer walked in they acknowledged them and took them before me and I was waiting there for awhile.
