In a 12 ounce cup I have 80% ice by volume. Approximately 3-4 ounces of product. This is a poor value for the consumer. Minus 5 points Starbucks, you could do better. And yes I did ask at the counter and they supported the product value!
I was lied too. I myself used to work at a Starbucks. A lady refused to give me a complimentary pup cup. She told me I had to buy something. I did and if it wasn’t for this nice young Man I wouldn’t haven’t even have gotten the pup cup.
