The young lady at the establishment, who was training and did not display a name tag, provided unsatisfactory customer service. She dropped my sandwich on the dirty counter and proceeded to put it in my bag. The refrigerator storing sandwiches seemed to be infested with flies. I intend to contact the health department to report this incident. The establishment has a high employee turnover rate, with several employees being terminated. The lady of the Starbucks was the worst experience at any Starbucks I've been to. I paid $8 I always get the same thing never been charged so much and she didn't even make it right. Very poor customer service.
Messy environment order was wrong Bad attitude Do not recommend- drive to another location
Arrived 10 minutes before closing and was refused service. The worker gave me attitude told me they were closed, but she had just started cleaning up early
