Got a drink here earlier this year I was debating about trying the Dubai chocolate latte. The cashier assured me.i would like. The barista was a little nervous (my fault) but made that drink perfectly. If i see the barista again, ill make sure she knows she did great
The young lady Allison was on the clock since we came into the store and spent a hour shopping. After shopping my family wanted snacks for starbies. She said there were no cake pops and the next people in line after us requested cake pops and she gave them to the customer. I watched as they made our drinks and food. We then had to return for cake pops - and she gave us a response that was discriminatory and that showed lack of her work enthusiasm and effort. I will be escalating this as a corporate complaint.
