Usually I love this place, is very calm and good environment. But everytime I order a dragonfruit drink with coconut milk, 80 percent of it is ice, 99% milk and two cubes of the dragonfruit😭 I get a venti of straight up milk. Never again!
Kelsey was so awesome. Literally the best service I've ever received. Starbucks is amazing. Without kelsey I would not have been able to get through the day. Just fantastic awesome amazing incredible experience. Wow. Coffee. And the food was top tier too. Im gonna tell all my friends and family about starbucks. Does this review help the company? I hope so. Because I really care about corporate starbucks.
Update : 8 months later after first negative review. Can STILL confirm this location had the rudest STAFF…. It’s crazy how these people have jobs in customer services and seem to be so bad at it. Whoever (Bre) is, is one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to at this location. This morning I said I would like a cold brew…. Bla bla bla saying my order at the drive thru.
