Young lady making drinks. I ordered a Quad Venti Oatmilk Carmel Macchiatto Light Foam, preferably not airated. I bring my own venti cup along with my spouse. Mine was filled as a grande, and when I asked for it to be filled, I was told, "Everything is measured, so I can't add anything!" Which is highly rude. But my husband's drink was filled all they way up, so literally what the hell! I mean, I paid 9.81 per drink. i didn't think it was that much of an inconvenience. Very underwhelming location. Slow service and pricing that was 40 percent higher than other locations. I get add ons that are priced differently at each location, but here it was 40 percent more. One and done for me.
