In the last month, they have no cream cheese or butter for the bagels. They are inside a grocery store!

I stopped at Ingles today (12/17 @ 2PM) specifically to get a hot beverage from Starbucks. It was cold & dreary outside. I was nicely greeted by the young lady who then told me they were out of espresso and couldn't make and hot coffee drinks but could offer me a hot tea. Uh, NOPE!!! I can't imagine Starbucks inside Ingles gets that much business to where they run out of espresso. Is there a shortage the public hasn't been made aware or was it the lack of details on inventory? I won't bother next time.

Seems like there is no consistency with my order, my drink always tastes different. What’s up with management, so often you have 1 girl behind the counter that’s still in training and she’s overwhelmed. Your out of frapp roast, your out of this or that, it’s always something. From a customers perspective I’m just tired of the mystery drink I’m going to receive. I hate to say something, so many times I’ve just dropped my drink in the trash on the way out in the parking lot, throwing away my money. Then I’ll drive to the Starb... read more
