This is the worst Starbucks of all time. I ordered my drink 10 minutes before coming because I knew their service was atrocious. Tell me why I’m still waiting at the store 15 minutes after promise time just for them to inform me they don’t have the ingredients to make my drink. Multiple people had to cancel their order because they had to get to work and they were waiting for too long. It’s 9 am on a Thursday. They have 7 baristas back there. I don’t understand.
Location matters. I LOVE Starbucks but my regular drink was just not fantastic here.
