When I say I come to Starbucks to get my venti matcha, EVERYDAY! I literally mean, everyday! I came to this location today to get an iced water on my lunch break and they told me they weren’t able to give me WATER! That’s unacceptable and disappointing.
Location keep changing staff. Been coming here for about 6/7 years now. I get latte almost every morning. Consistent in the most part ! But past few times it’s just straight milk with shot pour on top… process not carried over properly ! Please train staff better
Got our order right, got plenty of new beverages and food options! The crew is always friendly!
