Took an on godly amount of time to get one drink out. The workers are not very friendly, clean nor efficient at all. Poor service.
Update! Pinellas county district is so pathetic that they made their employees sit in a 3 hour meeting about this issue according to a local employee. Get a grip! I am going to keep posting and maybe my half a million overall views will make a difference.... I am one step away from complete boycott. The Starbucks in this area are horrible. Terrible!
ordered tea, waited more than 10 minutes, was simply stunned, because pouring water takes one minute, it's just tea, nothing more... I saw that for some reason it was just me, after me they had already received coffee, and I was still waiting, I had to watch the child on the ice! and yes, everything is delicious) Thank you

The main reason for this review is to acknowledge the amazing above and beyond service we received by Delyah when we visited Saturday January 19th. The line was long as is typical of this Starbucks in the mall; but she was personable and kind with each guest. She stated something kind and friendly to every person in that line. This type of service is so not the norm with this day and age that it sticks out. Thank you for being a ray of sunshine in that cold gloomy Saturday! The coffee was good and just as ordered. Thanks!
