Staff is rude
Very poor service, especially toward tourists. Because of the loud noise inside the store, I had difficulty hearing the cashier clearly. When I asked the barista to add a bit more syrup to my large drink, he seemed unwilling to accommodate the request. He made dismissive faces and acted as if he didn’t understand me.
