I love Starbucks and usually have a great experience, but unfortunately, this location was disappointing. They were unable to make the protein latte I ordered, and my child’s Frappuccino was poorly made and did not taste like it normally does at other Starbucks locations. I expected the usual Starbucks quality, but unfortunately, we didn’t get it here.
Today gave me hope in a company that I started going to in the late it's. I watched it evolve. I was a huge supporter. I made sure everyone I knew got starbucks and they all keep going back. I had a Barnstable interested in my drink, curious and thoughtful. This is very rare. It put a genuine smile on my face and a pleasant thought to come back. Mocking was an asset to this location.
I was surprised to learn the new Pink Energy Drink contains stevia. Because the drink isn’t marketed as low sugar or sugar-free, there was nothing to alert me to check the ingredient list. It would be helpful if menu boards or product descriptions indicated ‘contains stevia’ or ‘sweetened with sugar and stevia’ so customers with sensitivities can make informed choices. Thank you
