I have never had such lackluster customer service experience at a Starbucks before. I went through the drive thru to order a grande iced coffee with milk and a grande chai latte with a shot of espresso. The labels on the cups were correct, and my experience with the barista in the drive thru was wonderful. But when I got back home, I discovered the drinks were completely wrong and backwards. Great Service at the drive thru
I used to frequent this location daily for almost 10 years. Now I will wait until I get into St Pete to fill my order. High turn around rate so staff is constantly changing, my drink came out completely wrong the past few times where it took 2+ times to get it right. Today reminded me mainly why I stopped coming.
