The worst , every time I come it’s other my cup is over flowing , my lids are no on right always try and Come back and just say oh it’s a bad day NOOO 2nd time I get my tea like this.
Horrible service. They are extremely slow, and half of the staff is just standing around talking instead of making drinks. I’ve been wanting to write this review for months, but I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking things would improve. Slowest Starbucks in town. Every single time!
This Starbucks has completely lost perspective. We spent over $40 on a few drinks, yet as paying customers we still had to ask an employee for a 5-digit code just to use the restroom. I’m seven months pregnant and was there with my 6yo, who needed the bathroom after her hot chocolate. Having to wait in an already long line to ask permission to use a restroom is absurd and completely unacceptable.
