This Starbucks is clean and has great vibe. Love the aesthetic inside, nice digital menus and the staff is absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend!
I used to go to the Starbucks 7 days a week! It has went WAY DOWN HILL! The employees are rude. I tried again today after a few weeks away to give a chance to improve. NOPE!! ITS REALLY SAD When I pay 7-8 dollars for a coffee It should be correct. Last bit..... DO NOT CORRECT THE GUEST!!
I usually go because my daughter wants something but I wanted to get a tea for myself one day. Since I wasn't as knowledgeable the young lady working, Janelle I think was her name, was so patient and helped me out and made my visit the best.
Update....1/23/26: gave them another chance today and the mocha frap sucked!! Please train your people on how to correctly make this drink!!! This place is so inconsistent. I'm tired of paying $15 plus tip for iced coffees that are not made properly. Specifically mocha frapps. There was literally zero sugar in the ones ordered today 1/09/2026. The pup cup didn't even look right.
The worst customer service, a girl with a white face and black lips, and the one with pink hair just ignore the customers. The drop the order and customers need to guess if are they orders. The place to orders far away from the sign, again if the driver is lucky will fine the order. I never see crew like that in a Starbucks.
