I always expect and receive good drinks and great customer service.
The manager, Semi, is there rudest person I have EVER encountered at Starbucks! Gave us crap for ordering mobile and coming through the drive thru too quickly?! Like what?! If I placed my order at the window, it would have been the same timing!!!! Never again!
Very bad customer care at this location. We are regular Starbucks clients and popped in to fill our water bottles as we have many times before at other locations. This was on a very hot 34° day after cycling 100+km, and feeling dehydrated. We were told to go elsewhere. Wow. 🤦
This has to be one of the most beautiful Starbucks locations. The scenery outside is incredible! The establishment looks very new and very clean. The staff were very attentive and friendly! It was a slow day, and we felt very taken care of!
