I've really enjoyed this location since its opened. Rarely get a drink wrong, so overall pretty good product. Service is always efficient just avoid the peak hours like when school is going on in the am and afternoons orders take some time.
While I appreciate the fact that Vail has a proper Starbucks, the staff needs a do-over. Most of the time they don't get you what you ordered, but fix it; however today they didn't and I was stuck with a 7 dollar drink I didn't order. I can't believe I tip these people.
Big dude at the drive-through was a real smartass... Otherwise this location is ok.
