Kate helped us out today at the drive thru, she was so kind and attentive. She has a great personality and made our morning.
Should be labeled as a mobile pick up only. Zero seating and no restrooms. Went out of my way to stip here on a road trip, what a waist of time as I needed a restroom and somewhere to sit for a short period.
Super rude service…charged twice and blamed the customer for not paying attention. Owner should check the cameras to make sure customers are getting proper service 👎🏿 Training required.
Bought 2 frapuccino's and both basically had no flavor. One was the Vanilla had to go back and tell them to put flavor in because it tasted like water, the other was the new mocha Strato its was absolutely disgusting and found its way to the trash. Also lacked flavor and was mostly water tasting with a hint of chocolate. Seems they need to take more time on the drinks and less time rushing to process. Won't be back at that location especially for the $ that was spent.
