On 26 July 2025 at approximately 4:30 p.m., I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location within the Loblaws Market on Arbutus Street. I ordered a beverage that I purchase several times a week from various Starbucks locations, including this one. On this occasion, however, the drink was cold upon receipt. When I brought this to the attention of the staff member on duty, she stated that her manager had prepared it and that she was unsure of the reason.
