The cashier is very rude and arrogant. Every interaction I have with her has negatively impacted my mood. There have been days where I walk in see her and leave.
The staff here is very rude and dismissive. They do not get the order right, do not maintain the premises properly and treated me and my friends with a sarcastic attitude while ordering and paying for the drink. And the lattè was legitimately the worst lattè that I have ever had. Do NOT spend your money here. Go literally anywhere else.
I think Starbucks is mediocre in general and the staff here is usually rude. However, today a staff member personally delivered my croissant which I've never seen so I felt compelled to leave a good (ish) review
I’ve honestly never had a good experience here. The staff is always super rude, and my drink is always made wrong. Like I’ll pay $1.25 extra for cold foam on my coffee and they almost always forget to add it, and when they do, they barely give you any. And I always ask for my drinks with no sweetener, but I’ve rarely actually gotten that. They always ignore what you ask for. The staff is very unfriendly and they’re always annoyed at you.
