Just went thru the drive thru, the young African American lady with the blonde hair is EXTREMELY RUDE. I had a drink & 2 bakery items, she handed my drink and walked away and came back with a hot drink that i didn’t order, handed me 1 bakery item then walked away again, when she returned and seen I was still at the window she looked confused, I told her I had a cookie also…. Literally thee worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Each and every time I've been here, my drinks have been made incorrectly. Even when giving the baristas step by step instructions, they cannot seen to follow them. The only plus I will say is that when I explained to the drive through worker that my first drink was wrong, he did attempt to walk the barista though my second drink, which, unfortunately, was also made wrong. Avoid if you have speciality drink.
