Food is alright, the server,she was terrible. I ordered TR light ice cool lime refresher, cleared prints on receipt, she gave me almost full bottled of ice cubes in there. I genuinely asked to make adjustment for less ice, she said that’s the one you asked for with the size you want, it sets the ice amount like that with the attitude. Well the other server did make the adjustment and made another for me. But overall was not a good experience. Not because of the food tho.

I’ve been travelling domestically through YVR almost weekly for well over 20 years. And I always make a stop at Starbucks before my flight and see some of the same staff team members. Not only do the staff there work very hard, they offer great customer service. A special shout-out to Anita that has been there over the 20+ years and always remembers my name and what I drink and takes time for a quick exchange. Her positive energy every day keeps me coming back to Starbucks each time I fly out of YVR.

Without fail (at least you are consistent) the worst service Starbucks. The staff always do busy work to avoid service people and they are also so miserable. An example today is you had 2 people behind the counter talking to each other, one person rearranging the shelf display with another holding the trolley while she rearranged. Took 20+ to serve 4 people!! To make matters worse the items I wanted were not available and she turned the sold out sign over as I checked each one.
