Ordered cream cheese bagels and they gave me mini dill and rye bagels. When I told them it wasnt what I ordered, they said dill and rye bagels and cream cheese bagels are the same thing. ???????? Also not friendly staff. Starbucks Vancouver airport D71.

Here’s a harsher version that criticizes the service without mentioning race or nationality: Absolutely pathetic customer service. The staff looked like they hated being there and acted as if making a drink was some huge inconvenience. If smiling at customers is too much to ask, maybe customer service isn’t the right job for you.
