Rude staff, showed no care. They couldn't accept e vouchers but the other starbucks in the domestic airport could.
Watery Hot chocolate. are you for real?
It was such a terrible experience. I was at the starbucks near the food court at the international departure after security. I ordered a lemonade along with a cup of ice water. It takes a long time to make my lemonade and when i asked again for my ice water, the server asked me to wait for another twenty minutes because they are busy. Very rude and unprofessional.
The coffee tastes like sand . Worst Starbucks ever.
I humbly ask for some water with Starbucks tumbler on my hand as I need to drink some anti allergic meds. I went to this airport branch before 9pm last night. That barista girl, gave a disappointing response that I need to buy a drink first before they can give water! What??? Ive been a loyal customer of Starbucks eversince but this time, IDK. Where's your customer service orientation? I hope they can be kinder and considerate considering I am under an allergic attack.
