I stop by this Starbucks every day and have had nothing but the best service. Ashley, in particular, greets me every day with a smile and is always willing to go that extra mile to make the experience great.
i recently visited this location and i got 10 drinks for the office. to my surprised, they don't have large bags to carry the drinks in my car. most of the drinks spilt in my car. i usually so to the medical location and i have no problem. Just this time i decided to go to this carling location and it was a complete mess. i will never go back there again.
I decided to visit this Starbucks location as it is closer to work then my normal location. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. I made a mobile order and when I got there to pick it up I watched the barista make it with whip cream (order stated soy milk and no whip as I can’t have dairy) she then raised the cup to start over realizing her mistake however she did not remake the coffee which contained milk instead of soy.
