This is the third time I’ve ordered a Frappuccino and paid extra for a double shot of espresso, only to find out after drinking that it wasn’t added. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not receive it. Maybe the staff are new, but it’s not fair to the customer. I wouldn’t recommend placing complicated orders with extras here
