The last few times I’ve visited I was served by a great barista, I think her name was Ravan? She’s efficient, friendly and informative — to make sure your drinks is done exactly the way you want it. (And her handwriting and little notes are adorable, really make my morning brighter)
This location is fairly busy. I thought going into Longo's would mean faster service but no luck. My steamed milk was not warm but not hot. Steamed milk means hot guys.
Coffee blend in the cappuccino was okay, but a bit boring. I prefer some acidity. They didn't have a mug for cappuccinos. I had to use a paper cup and a plastic spoon to get at the foam, as it got stuck on the sides of the cup. The barista Sofia was very nice about it all, so it really is a reflection of the policies from above. For $5, I would not buy again.
We truly enjoy having coffee at this Starbucks! Betty is The most helpful, cheering and creative barista that we could ever ask for! Go and find Betty to get a coffee~ she has great advice!
