No line in drive thru, barely anyone inside and I had to wait 10 minutes at the window because the staff member at the window forgot he has to hand the paid for product to the customer to finish the transaction. Terrible customer service. Good thing I was only passing through. I know not to stop here next time.
This is the worst one of springfield. Atleast once a week they put no syrup in my lattes. I go with little hope and no faith, but its 8 minutes from my house so i usually give it a shot anyways. Went today and girl running the drive through was super sweet. Another girl there is absolutely not. I dont need them to smile or be fake happy, they dont owe anyone that, but I expect you to atleast put a sleeve on the hot latte(without syrup.
