Eliza rolled her eyes at me after asking to make the correct drink. service was horrible and took forever when waiting. waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich, and never got it because the cashier forgot to put it on the receipt. workers had attitude and were rude. people that came in after us would get their food before us.
I asked for a little heavy cream on the side. They gave me a full tall cup of half and half.
Waited 15 minutes for an order that was supposed to take 3-6 minutes because someone took all the stickers off the printer and stuck them at various stations for the next crew member to figure out. Maybe they were short staffed, maybe they had a training issue. Disappointed after having deliberately chose this one over the one that had 3.6 stars on Google.
Every time I go to Starbucks on Dirksen and Stevenson, and IF she is working.. I receive the very exponential service from Emily. Emily knows exactly how to make my drink to my liking every time with a smile. Thank you so much Emily for being amazing!
