Terrible customer service. Ordered ice coffee with oat milk. They scam you by putting 2 drops of milk and the rest is water. When I told the barista there is no milk, she raised her voice and yelled "if you can taste it, it's there!" I wasn't going to descend into a shouting match with her so I left. Totally unprofessional.
I had asked for a Venti cold brew no ice with vanilla sweet cream foam and was handed a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. The brown sugar shaken espresso that I had also ordered was made wrong. When it was handed to me it appeared as though I was given an iced latte with the milk either stirred or shaken within the drink. Not what I had wanted nor what I had asked for.
This location was amazing. The staff was very friendly and the service was super fast. We went through the drive thru for a pick-me-up while traveling and our drinks were perfectly made and delicious. Will definitely visit this location in the future!
We ordered company drinks, 19 in total and online in 2 orders. They were ready quick, all labeled for ease in passing out to staff. The Starbucks staff were all kind, helpful and went above and beyond helping me get there all to my car! We will return!
