Apparently at Starbucks now when you bring YOUR empty cup from home for a refill of water You have to purchase something to get that refill . Now this isnt happening at Starbucks that are inside Safeways or Frys . Now the employee that we talked too had no choice but to follow the rule or she would get fired. The employee was nice and friendly. Now Starbucks come on how much does water really cost u to deny people water in 105 degree heat . We will take our business somewhere else

No free water anymore despite last year them doing it. Between all the policy changes at Starbucks has put in place that's not only makes people not want to shop there but it also makes it so that we don't want to actually be in your business.
