I came to this Starbucks to grab a drink and decided to sit inside for an important Zoom meeting. The music inside was blasting so loud that I couldn’t concentrate. I politely asked the staff three separate times to lower the volume, and each time I was completely ignored. I eventually had to move outside just to hear my meeting — it was quieter, but there’s no AC and it was hot and uncomfortable. Terrible customer service and a clear lack of respect for customers’ needs.
I was coming here almost everyday until now. My husband and I placed a drive thru mobile order and then went through thr drive thru. The lady at the window asked us to go back through and loop around because the person behind us had a mobile and hers was already ready... I dont understand why I was asked to leave the drive thru when I had also placed my order online. And everyday I come I wait patiently for my turn at the window whether I order through the app or at the speaker. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll be going to a diff... read more
