I frequent this location and 2 others around hamilton, like 2x a day almost🤣 I absolutely love the staff, they are super nice and if you frequent them as much as I do they really do remember how you like your coffee. In very few and far in-between if my coffee isn't right, all you have to do is ask and they have been more than happy to fix my order or add more cream! Be kind to your barista!
I love stopping by this Starbucks in Hamilton whenever I’m in the area. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and quick to get my order just right. The drinks are consistently great, and this location is clean and cozy. They never blast their music which makes it a perfect spot to relax or get some work done. Always a pleasant experience!
I just spoke with the shift supervisor named D.A .. I bought 3 drinks and I found a piece of plastic in my iced latte… went back and she said she cannot do anything… ridiculous customer service
Food and coffee very fresh and tasty All staff are friendly
This is my favourite Starbucks location right now. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Very rarely have issues with current items not being in stock.
