I placed a mobile order on September 12 around 12:55 p.m. and waited an unnecessarily long time at the window before the employee opened it to give me my order. I had specifically ordered my drink without ice, but it was still served with ice. Overall, the service was disappointing and not what I expected.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks on August 23 around 7:40 PM. I ordered two drinks, and unfortunately, the customer service from the two employees working that evening—especially the employee taking my order—was extremely rude and unprofessional. One of the drinks was a grande iced espresso with additional items.
