Tonight (September 25), this Starbucks wasn't just another coffee run. Sure, the drinks were on point as always, but the real magic was with the crew. I botched my order, and they handled it with total grace, not once making me feel like a dummy. I've never had an issue with the staff here but the music is always extremely loud. The big issue I do have is the staff leave their belongings on the only large table while no one sits there. Seating is fairly minimal and we've been sitting here for over a half hour and absolutely nobody has sat there. Not really customer focused!

First time going to this one. My daughter ordered 2 of the lime coconut drinks. I got the trenta one. So good love this drink. It made my day that one of the staff wrote yum on my cup. Thank you to who ever wrote that. I was having a stressful day. That cheered me up.

I frequent this location and 2 others around hamilton, like 2x a day almost🤣 I absolutely love the staff, they are super nice and if you frequent them as much as I do they really do remember how you like your coffee. In very few and far in-between if my coffee isn't right, all you have to do is ask and they have been more than happy to fix my order or add more cream! Be kind to your barista!
