I’ve been coming to this location since it opened a few years ago, and the team has always been fantastic. They consistently provide amazing customer service and are always friendly and welcoming. I recently asked for an extra-special pup cup for my dog’s birthday, and they absolutely understood the assignment! They went above and beyond to make it special. Thank you for always making each visit a great experience.

Asked for a sugar-free substitution in my drink the same way I do at literally every other Starbucks, and the barista reacted like I asked her to crack the Da Vinci Code through the drive-thru speaker. The exaggerated “alrighty then!” attitude and unnecessary theatrics over a simple syrup question were genuinely ridiculous.
