I visited Starbucks today about 10 minutes before closing at 8:51pm, and the experience was very disappointing. The staff member at the front counter who take order greet well but the girl who is making drinks is not good. When the drinks were prepared, they were placed on the counter aggressive manner, which felt disrespectful. Staff is friendly and helpful
Leah was absolutely amazing. Everyone at this location is fantastic This is a lovely clean location as well. There is no option on the DoorDash app to add extra peach juice in an iced peach Green tea with lemonade. I simply called the location, spoke to Leah and she said she would make a note to add it. That’s what I call amazing service! Keep up the great work, everyone. It is really appreciated.
Twice now screwed up my drink. Never put caramel drizzle although it’s on the receipt. Asked for vanilla sweet cream cold foam and got whipped cream while it says no whip…. Someone please reach out to fix this and I’ll change my review. This is ridiculous.
