Quality of the drinks are not that great
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered two drinks, but I was mistakenly charged for three. When I pointed out the error, I was told that a refund was not possible. Instead, the staff said I could take another drink. The problem is that the extra amount I was charged was more than the price of a single drink.
