The service was bad and my order was wrong. The receptionist was very unkind. I ordered a white chocolate mocha, which I always get and have been getting for years at Starbucks. I opened the cup told her this is not what I ordered. She took the Cut back and proceeded to say you did say whatever and whatever I said, guess what keep that and you have an amazing day. That is exactly why I go to scooters I will not be back to Starbucks in Alexander City, Alabama.
Good quality coffee
Made an order and the barista typed in the wrong order. Corrected it at the window before paying with her and she said she fixed it. I ordered a white chocolate mocha and she typed peppermint mocha. Then she gave me my order and I waited a few min to try it but she said it was right. It was wrong. Peppermint mocha after I confirmed three times with her. I requested a refund. There is no number to call for starbucks at this location. Ordered 12/26/25 around 12:30pm
