Saturday, 15th 6:30pm Disappointing service with the skinny white brown haired lady with the ponytail. I asked if they could make a Unicorn Frappuccino, and the employee’s reaction was honestly very rude. She looked visibly disgusted and then told her coworker, “She’s asking for a Unicorn Frappuccino,” in a clearly annoyed tone. Bad coffee ☕
High price, limited options. Build your own drink and pay up to 14.00 and more. Its not good quality. However the barista gave a a small amount of sweet cream and a tad of caramel crunch for free. That was perfect service. I bought the iced oat espresso small. 7.10. I stopped going to Starbucks a few years ago and I remember why.
Ronit and Johann was extremely nice, professional and got my order as fast as possible. I went to the store, used amex which didn’t work and they still prepared my order and when I said I wanted a venti instead of grande which I didn’t previously mention, they prepared a venti even though I paid for grande!
