Worse customer service ever!!!
Solid. No issues. Good service
I live about five minutes from this Starbucks, and honestly, the customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The woman who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude and dismissive toward customers. What made it even worse was that the employees seemed to follow the same attitude. I ordered food and a drink, and both were terrible. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, she responded with attitude instead of customer service. She remade the drink, but somehow managed to make it even worse. Definitely on purpose. If this is their idea of fixing a problem, I’d hate to see what happens when they don’t try. Rude staff, poor quality, and the most miserable customer experience I’ve had at a Starbucks.
I’ve never been disappointed with a Starbucks in its entirety the staff including management is rude/uncaring like they have a problem with customers being there? Drinks/ food aren’t consistent and the layout for the location is odd. I gave these guys another chance but Dutch bros is down the street and id go there AND suggest YOU going there even if the wait is longer.
