The service here is extremely slow. They seem to completely forget about your order, and you can easily sit there waiting for 30 minutes with no explanation. Even when you go up to the counter to ask about it, you still have to stand there and wait for someone to finally acknowledge you. The strangest part is that there isn’t even a line or a crowd. I honestly don’t understand what takes so long. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
Nikki was phenomenal! I missed the repeat order, got it wrong, and she still saved the day!!! This is the pinnacle of customer service 5 stars! Thank you for making me a highly satisfied customer!
Three times I've stopped there every time order was wrong and price was different will never go back to again
The employees worked like a very cohesive, well oiled machine. I asked for a suggestion for a drink and was asked a series of questions to narrow down a suggestion. She settled on a cinnamon dulce coffee, that was perfect.
