Went there today and got my order, it was a simple hot coffee, everything was great until I asked my daughter to ask an employee to use the cinnamon. My daughter was very kind and respectfully asked “Do you mind if i use the cinnamon?” and the employee replied “no maam”. She is hard of hearing, and has a hearing device that wasn’t on due to the environment being so loud, so while she mainly relied on reading mouths, she still knew the employee said “no maam” to her question. before she even grabbed the cinnamon, the girl qui... read more
