Starbucks on Blanco Road has consistently disappointed me during my past seven visits. Each time, my scheduled mobile orders have been 15-20 minutes late. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially for a place that prides itself on efficiency and customer service. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of urgency and hospitality from the staff. Absolutely horrible customer service from Carlos in the drive thru window this morning. He assumed I did not have money to make a purchase with a passive aggressive attitude. Lost my business for good.
