I like coming to Starbucks. I do, this place and dunkins however, the experience I received today was utterly rude. I'm not sure if it was me or not or maybe I'm seeing things but the girl at the window around 9:15a-9:20a was rude. Her attitude and tone was not it for me. I don't remember her name but her hair was in a ponytail, she had black hair. Maybe it was just me but she had an attitude. Bad day or not, don't take it out on customers.

This is why I stopped coming back, especially at night. Theyre so rude and disrespectful why are they still working here???? Some little kid there I think his name starts with a C or whatever, is so rude and disrespectful. I overheard him bringing down other workers there like it's disgusting. If that's all he's good at doing then why work here??? And then another worker, her name starts with a K I think, also very rude but not rude as him. It's disgusting. Drinks and food was delicious however, one of the workers there I think his name was Carlos or Calum or something like that was absolutely rude and disrespectful. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or not, but his attitude and his tone I can tell he was in a bad mood and felt the need to take it out on me and my husband. The window was open in Drive-Thru and I heard him putting down other workers as if he was better and that's highly disgusting.
