We came at 230pm. An employee was cleaning all the A/C vents with a long handle brush directly over the service/prep area and then the customer tables. Dust was flying and settling everywhere. I asked the order-taker if that was considered a sanitary practice. She said yes and they continued the dusting. We sat outside in the August heat as the alternative was rather gross. This type of cleaning should be done when the store is closed and all food, cups, and drinks are covered.

Starbucks on Blanco Road has consistently disappointed me during my past seven visits. Each time, my scheduled mobile orders have been 15-20 minutes late. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially for a place that prides itself on efficiency and customer service. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of urgency and hospitality from the staff.
