Extravaganza was great she immediately acknowledged me gave me a menu and answered my questions and then made my drinks. Her customer service was unmatched compared to the other workers there. There was another girl there and a guy and they couldn't care to greet walked by several times without even saying anything while Extravaganza was running around taking care of everyone. The guy seemed unhappy to be there and couldn't even fix his face to at least smile. It made me feel unwelcome and I almost left. Im happy Extravaganz... read more
Everytime i go i ask for easy ice and it’s like they don’t care, rude customers who give attitude as well
