I come in to get my coffee almost everyday and I have never met a nice or professional worker. I understand they are stressed from being busy but if you can’t work under pressure you don’t need to work at all. I ordered 2 cake pops and when I received my coffee I mentioned I was just missing my 2 cake pops. The shift leader goes to the back and gets the box of cake pops and throws them at my across the counter and says “here you go”. I think this is very unprofessional.
I love the girls service bur they always ruin my drink specially Matcha drink !!!!!!
I’ve came to this starbucks multiple times, and it seems as if the correct measurements are never used on my drinks. It’s like they don’t even try to make it correctly. My coffee was bad the day before, so I decided to order a pink drink. A pink drink should look like the first photo i’ve added, but the second photo is what I received. Starbucks is pricey, so i’m upset that I wasted my money at this one.
