Third time in a row they made my drink wrong. I do not have any special changes on my drink, just the menu item as it comes. I avoided this Starbucks after the first 2 times, but it's the closest to my house so I tried it again today. There was no line outside and they were not busy, so there's really no excuse.
2/3 full cup of $7.99 coffee from a condescending working the drive thru, one of the dumpiest starbucks I've been to, stopped and ordered here out of desperation. :-/
Ordered an horchata oatmilk espresso w/light ice— what I got was a plain cold brew full of ice and a splash of milk
