There is a bigger woman who works there who i think is the manager who is so mean to the only black barista who works here, it is unacceptable. There needs to be new management in there.
Tasty Starbucks drinks, but four stars because they have no tables around which to gather and enjoy. Good and service are great, what you would expect from Starbucks. But this location has a remodel a few years back and they removed all the seating. Even the outdoor seating - it's landscaping now. They also do not have a public restroom - not that you have to ask for a code like at many Starbucks, but none at all.
Every time I go there there’s this bigger lady that is so rude. Always has a bad attitude and is never friendly. One time I saw her being so rude and disrespectful to an older black lady that works there. I don’t understand how she has a job there. They need to think about the people that they hire there.
Chloe was super nice and really helpful when I couldn’t decide what to order. She was patient, made great suggestions, and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Thank you for being kind, you have no idea the difference you made
