I waited in the car line for close to 30 minutes for a drink that I asked for light ice like I always do. They told me it would be a little less product which is fine, but 7 dollars for this after 25+minutes waiting? No sorry about the wait, nothing. Trash service and the price is too high. I will not be back. I usually went twice a week, and i have never been shafted like this, nor have they been so callous after such a long wait.
There is a bigger woman who works there who i think is the manager who is so mean to the only black barista who works here, it is unacceptable. There needs to be new management in there.
