We stopped by during lunch to order coffee and found a sign indicating the employee would return in 30 minutes. After waiting 35 minutes, the staff member finally arrived. However, instead of attending to us waiting at the counter, she made herself a coffee and walked away without acknowledging us or apologizing for the extended wait time. Service was extremely slow. Long line. Employees didn’t seem to try and get through the rush.
It’s dirty. The workers are yelling back and forth to each other, slamming the cabinets, banging pans, joking around and yet the doors are dirty, and there’s a weird small.
The coffee here is consistently good, and the staff are friendly and efficient. However, it can get pretty crowded during peak hours, making it hard to find a seat. Overall, it's a solid spot for a quick caffeine fix.
