Today I went to this Starbucks' location to get drinks before watching a movie at the movie theaters. I, unfortunately, ended up making to the theater 20 minutes late because the poor server was working BY HERSELF! She had about 15 people ordering things. She was trying her best to tame down the line but also make the drinks, all at the SAME TIME!!! Happy vibes every time. I usually swing by on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays before/after work, and it’s usually Kane who greets me with a smile and a quick chat while he makes my drink—it genuinely lifts my day (literally he’s so nice, and actually makes good coffee). There’s sometimes a short line but that’s expected anywhere and the baristas are always hustling. Worst experience. If you're wanting coffee under 30 minutes and friendly smile, you won't find it here. I walked away to go to a different coffee shop after waiting at the register for 10 minutes, without a single word or glance from the person making coffee behind the counter. The 2 groups in front of me simply walked away as well without coffee.
