Terrible experience at this Starbucks today around 2:00 PM. I ordered my drink online through the Starbucks app and came inside. Before picking up my drink, I wanted to use the restroom. The restroom had a code, so I in asked for the code. I was told that the restroom was “for customers only” and they refused to let me use it. But I WAS a customer.
