On board, you can read “ get free refills” but what I came to know that you will not get refill with ice matcha late. And do say less ice otherwise you will be end up with 60% ice cubes in your cup. Enjoy your time.
Slowest Starbucks around, with all of 2 people working during peak hours. Incorrect drinks handed through the drive thru multiple times, and going inside is just as painful. You’d be better off driving down to Methuen or Target for another location.
I come here a lot to study and have a coffee. Overall good experience every time and my coffee is ALWAYS perfect. I believe it's the manager (she often wears a mask), who I've heard talk rudely to the barista's. Very unprofessional especially in front of customers. Not great to see. Pretty unkind person.
I’ve never been to a Starbucks where the barista argues with you when your order was made wrong, and this wasn’t the first time. It seems like they’re always training there and can’t keep staff. Do yourself a favor and go to another Starbucks.
