Just your regular Starbucks. First time visiting this Hattiesburg location and so far, so good. The staff was friendly and accommodated my request. Very pleased!
I go between two locations and accidentally ordered to the other one. I told them I would reorder because I didn’t have time to go to the other location and they had me tell them my order so I didn’t have to pay twice. It was so nice and so kind. It was totally my mistake and I was so grateful to be met with such kindness, it made my whole day! (which is why I prefer this location even though it’s farther from my house)
