Take it from someone who visits this store almost every day on their way to work: this is the best Starbucks in Hattiesburg. I came here to rave on Sarah and Joshua specifically. They are such a great part of my morning. They know me by name and know my drink. Yes, sometimes this store gets busy, I can tell when neither of them are there, or if neither of them made my drink…but the rest of the team holds the store together. $1.25 extra for cold foam I thought I’d get a little more than this. Seems skimpy lol. I’ll ask for more next time. Disclaimer: I had already had a few sips but the foam still seemed veryyy thin
I have never seen a Starbucks in such disarray. Here at 750am. Display cases were absolutely empty. Boxes all over the place in main area. Guy at front said "what can I get for you" I wanted dark roast coffee. He said " I have to see if I have it" not one smile in the place Out of splenda, btw Poor management for sure
