I stopped by the drive thru to grab a cup of water for my two year old since it was 85 degrees outside. I know they have a policy about not hanging out on the patio or using the facilities without a purchase, but we just wanted some water through the drive thru. They denied us the cups of water, saying it was against policy. I looked it up afterward, and from what I understand, water used to be complimentary even without a purchase in many cases. I went to get my usual mocha on way to work when I got there I went to drink it and it was horrible the chocolate syrup was forgotten and it was unbearably hot it melted my straw I had to add sweetener just to drink it after it cooled, when I reported it the following morning I didnt even get a sorry! I didnt expect anything, but a sorry would've been nice she just said oohh and I showed her the straw and she just said oohh, she was speechless at least she could've faked like she she cared!
