The older blonde woman who works here is referred to as “Karen” in my house. She is rude every time I go. You pull up to the window and are met with only one word, “hi.”, no what would you like today, etc. I politely tell my order - “come to the window.” She always glares at me. I was not at all surprised to find there are multiple bad reviews about her going back almost a year. I noticed she’s not at the window anymore, but only on speaker now. Drive thru kine moved quickly. Jorge was so friendly and made great recommendations.
I rarely come here and when I do I just get a black coffee, so I’m not expecting much. But, George, the store manager, is makes a great experience! He is so kind, thoughtful, and polite! If I am ever having a stressful day and I come here when George is here he finds a way to bring positivity. To me, George embodies the character of what a manger should have.
