Cedar Park off bothell Everett hwy., Very sweet barrista/cashier, I felt sorry for her because someone behind me in the drive-Thru was giving her a very rough time and she was clearly shaken by it, but she was still very pleasant and sweet and they made my drink just the way I asked for it, which other places have messed app many times. Kudos

They used to be kind and toast and butter the bagels for the last few years. Two weeks ago the manager told the employee that they dont have time for that anymore, so he offered to warm the frozen butter squares for me everyday for the last 2 weeks. Today a girl handed me the bagel with a small frozen square of butter. I told her I usually get it toasted with butter on it or at least warm up the frozen butter, but she responded "I do not have a way to do that anymore". It feels like someone is trying to kill Starbucks. This used to be a place where people gathered and stayed for a while. Now, they ask you to leave after just a few minutes or even kick people out. These new policies are slowly destroying an iconic American brand. Wish someone stop these crazy guys who want to kill Starbucks and rescue this amazing brand.
