I went to get my usual mocha on way to work when I got there I went to drink it and it was horrible the chocolate syrup was forgotten and it was unbearably hot it melted my straw I had to add sweetener just to drink it after it cooled, when I reported it the following morning I didnt even get a sorry! I didnt expect anything, but a sorry would've been nice she just said oohh and I showed her the straw and she just said oohh, she was speechless at least she could've faked like she she cared!
