Frank and Jay are PHENOMS (pretty much the ENTIRE starbucks team) when it comes to making customers feel welcomed. I would hope everyone within the Medford area stop by this specific location to enjoy a professionally brewed coffee by expert baristas for a dose of carefully concocted coffee to your liking and desire!
